Download for free the MyAcea Energia App, dedicated to customers with a tax code. Manage your Electricity and Gas supplies independently in a simple and fast way: check your bills, submit self-meter readings, activate various services such as Web Bill, direct debit, and discover the latest updates of the Acea loyalty program with You.

HOW TO ACCESS:

• If you are a registered customer in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, use the same email and password to access the application.
• If you are not yet registered in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, you can do so directly from the MyAcea Energia App or from the website https://my.acea.it/energia/registrazione.

Please note that to use all the features available on the App, you first need to link your electricity and/or gas supplies to your profile within the MyAcea Energia reserved area.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE APP:

• Web Bill: receive your bill for free directly in your email inbox on its issuance day, eliminating the paper copy and making an environmentally friendly choice.
• Direct Debit Service: activate or modify free direct debit payment of your bills straight from your bank account.
• Consumption and Readings: track your consumption trends and check the history of your meter readings.
• Invoices and Payments: always keep an eye on your bills, know their status, and pay due bills via credit card.
• Request Monitoring: monitor the progress of your requests.
• MyA Assistant: for any doubts or needs, you can ask MyA, the chat available in the App at your service 24 hours a day.
